Jeepaholics Anonymous

Jeepaholics AnonymousMy name is Bill and I’m a Jeepaholic. If you consider yourself a Jeepaholic too, you might consider checking in over at Jeepaholics Anonymous. I’ve been a loyal fan of this website (often simply referred to as “JA”) since around 2000 and visit the “support” forums almost every day. JA has been around for a long time and so have many of it’s regulars, which means there is a variety of experience in the answer pool. With so much activity (there are 218 people logged in as I write this), chances are good someone will be able to help. Inside the support forums you’ll find great advice on all sort of Jeep-related topics. Although it seems most of it’s forum members live and play in Southern California, JA has members all over the US and the world. In addition to a fantastic discussion forum, you’ll find how-to articles, road trip stories and opinion articles about Jeeps and trails. Recent how-to/tech articles include:

  • Cheap BASS in your TJ
  • Do It Yourself (DIY) Snorkel on the Cheap
  • Do It Yourself (DIY) Beadlocks
  • Rubicon Express 4.5″ Lift on a YJ Wrangler
  • Steering Wheel Disconnect

The website design is dated but the information is fantastic, navigation is simple, the site almost always works and despite the tremendous load the support forum must place on the server, it’s pretty fast.
