Sierra 4x4 Trailers is Manufactured and assembled in USA.
This is a replica of the M416, but our frame are boxed tube steel. The hitch is one piece hitch stock front to back which gives the trailer unmatched strength. There are ton of option's if you don't see one just ask and we can make it for you!

4x4 Trailers LTD. Might be back up in production by summer of 2008 if everything works out. It will be located in a different location.
The web site name was bought up by another trailer company so it does not work.

I have a M-416 trailer for sale. It's in great shape. Only has surface rust where the paint has flaked off - no rotted out places. No major dents. Tires not cracked. Hand brake works, still has the pintel hitch, elec. pig-tail. Original Army ordinance tag still in place, but is missing the model/serial number tag on rear. I'm in Colorado about 45 miles north of Denver. If you're interested, I can email pictures and discuss $$.

Check us out for a light-weight trailer with style.
We are just setting up manufacturing for our trailers. Look for us at Jeep events starting with Moab in Easter 2007

Thanks Darcy BUT...Tentrax has been around for a long time. Did you guys acquire 4x4trailers.com? Not just the website domain name but the company also? I love the Tentrax trailer concept but it's totally different from the original 4x4trailers.com concept, which mimics the military M416.

And I don't mean to be critical but would you explain to us what "Terrain Rated" means as it relates to an offroad trailer?

Thanks,
Bill

4x4trailers.com now know as Tentrax and as seen in the Daimler Chrysler 2007 Jeep Wrangler Brochure is the only "Terrain Rated" off road camping trailer available toady.
